      The company have a very good Brand Value in Market, you will get lot of quiries from Market Good incentives for performers, You get a chance to sell mutiple range of product line

      Slower growth Sometimes you get pressure of Target & Work Load. Rest all is fine

      Pros

      The division/team was great. We had worked together for years and expanded after the merger.

      Cons

      Was always a huge process to deal with IS or Finance, not set up to work with a hardware R&D product. Closed our division days before our new product was to go into production.
