      1.Salary on time, TA on time, Incentives on time (90%). 2.Brand image is good in Hospitality(FS, Hotels, Laundry) and Building Care. 3.Technical knowledge is given in initial 6 months learning, very good time given to new employees for training. 4.Looks like stable job when you are yourself stable and honest.

      1.Salaries can be improved more. 2.Hotel Stay limit should be more. 3.Daily DA should be more.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
