The finance team in APAC Region generally are friendly and supportive. It is a good learning environment for one to explore the financial perspectives of a stable and mature company & industry. Flexible working time and place.
Cons
Due to it is a listed company, the top management are financially driven. To some extent management is ignoring the critical success factor of the group. In case u want to initiate change in the company, you have to be ready that management, if not all, most of them, does not accept change easily.
