      Every thing is going good Team sprit is there between the teams & Mutual help is between the teams.

      Cons

      Frequently changes of prices & Part Codes change of Sap systems raise some issues with the distributors but some how we manage the things with the help of our line managers.

      30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
