This company has been a dream to work for. The CEO and CFO run the company efficiently and effectively. The staff is supportive and helpful. I have been here for almost 2 years and I plan on staying until I retire. I am treated with respect and my opinion is valued. I could not ask for more from a company.

There are no cons working for this company.

My co-workers were generally helpful and easy to get along with. However, this was likely because we were all aligned against management.

Very rude owner who had a short fuse. I was uncomfortable with how decisions were being made as the truth was not always given to customers. Very difficult work environment that made coming into the office painful.
