You will work with smart, curious and fun people. You will have a lot of opportunities for professional development. Your efforts to learn, evolve, and do your job well will not go unnoticed.

You have to be a self-starter, you have to be adaptable to change, and you need to love to learn new things all the time. It's a young company and that comes with fast changes. These aren't cons, I thrived in this environment, but it's not for everyone.
