Not what it seems - Administrative Divaris Real Estate Employee Review

I am pleased to share my positive experience working in the Lease Administration department at Divaris. The department is characterized by its high level of organization and structure, fostering a focused yet supportive environment. The Lease Administration team is adequately staffed with seasoned Lease Analysts/Administrators, and team members support each other by collaborating in a friendly and professional manner. The Director of Lease Administration demonstrates extensive knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to professional development. The Director also encourages high standards of work while providing invaluable support and guidance, creating a culture where I feel comfortable to ask for assistance. During my first week of employment, I received comprehensive training at the Virginia Beach head office, which set a strong foundation for my role. Ongoing training opportunities are available to me, further enhancing my skills and capabilities. Some notable aspects of my experience include competitive compensation, early Friday departures during summer hours, supportive leadership and a flexible schedule that accommodates personal needs, within reason. Overall, I'm grateful to be part of such a dedicated and professional team and I feel valued as a team member.

While not necessarily a drawback, it's important to note that success in this position depends on one's ability to manage time effectively and to work diligently/strategically, rather than relying on a more passive approach.

I really enjoy working on the Lease Admin Team at Divaris. Compared to my past jobs, it's a large department, i.e. the department is well-staffed! It's also very well-structured and organized, because it has to be. This is not a job where you can coast. You have to put in the effort. The Director of Lease Admin really knows her stuff and is very responsive and helpful. She also appreciates her team. I have found the whole department to be friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional.

Assuming you are prepared to dive in and work hard, I have not run into any cons at Divaris yet.
