      Zero pros to speak of.

      Cons

      The list of cons is long from (remaining) leadership, to product, to product-market fit, to culture, to payouts, to future outlook etc. There are serious problems that permeate the entire business, across all teams, from the top down. Leadership will blame these reviews on 'layoffs'; Not the case. These issues existed before layoffs, and they have continued to do so following layoffs.

      Pros

      Company has novel tech with broad market applications. True dual use technology with flagship customers to back it up on both sides. Smart teammates and above-market comp especially for technical roles.

      Cons

      Typically volatility that comes with working for a startup. It’s definitely not for everyone; if looking for process stability like you’d find in a larger more established company, look elsewhere.

      - Tons of very smart people working on a very hard problem. - I never felt like the smartest person in a meeting

      Cons

      - Company is leaning heavily into defense work. - Leadership has “changed directions” several times in the last year. Employees are getting whiplash.
