Disappointing, back to a corporate enviroment - Community Builder District4 Employee Review

Every recruitment business works differently, and since joining District4, I learned that different recruitment businesses can have vastly different attitudes towards the industry resulting in different working practices, harboring different work cultures. Ours is simple - we've built a community of open/like-minded individuals with a real drive to achieve while building functioning niche, tech communities at the same time, with a platform for success offering a balance of support and autonomy overlooked by an incredible leader. Everyone knows their role, what is needed to succeed and we help each other to get there. We regularly prove that you don't need to work towards KPI's to achieve, you just have to work smarter. (Also - dress code isn't a thing so we wear tees and trainers).

Not only leading the way in hosting and creating many events within their niche markets, the founders at District4 have even gone as far as building a Community Platform, a place for engineers and enthusiasts to share and exchange content and ideas. Great environment to work in as well which celebrates every individuals achievements. The company is full of young professionals who have a drive to succeed. Everyone's background is completely different and it makes for a great team culture. Strong benefits package as well including flexible working and business expense cards (really helps when you're looking to build out your market)
