Pros

Health insurance was outstanding, maybe the best and most affordable I ever had. Vacation days are pretty standard although 3+ months a year are blacked out and you cannot use them.

Cons

Amateurs. New management in the Phoenix plant displays a level of arrogance, incompetence, and petulance that truly boggles the mind. Management style is to make people fearful of their jobs, make off the cuff emotional decisions with long term implications, and hold grudges against people without ever discussing any issues they had with them. Retaliation will come after that in the form of drastic schedule changes, demotions, hiring over the top then ignoring the person, magically eliminating positions to let someone go then telling the rest of the employees they are on a sabbatical, suspension for drug tests with little evidence, etc. And if you do find another job, don't tell anyone where you are going or they may contact the other employer and get your offer withdrawn. Constantly makes demands based on ignorance and refuses to listen to advice from the seasoned professionals below. Seems to believe that their thoughts and hare-brained ideas and orders are communicated absent of the spoken or written word yet still holds people accountable, secretly. Advice is to stay away.

Not enough orientation for temporary workers pushing them into roles they have a steep learning curve to accomplish.
