Pros
Good health benefits, dealing with different clients from all over the merchandizing spectrum is interesting
Cons
All departments are run 1 or 2 person short so, what little time you do have, is mostly denied do to staff shortage. Even a short term sickness puts co workers in a double down situation. Having to maintain their quota then to pick up the missing persons quota, all error free. The HR department backs management more than the employees. Management is 1 exception are all white men. The subordinate staff, more racially and gender diverse, is held accountable for all issues.
