Pros
The product itself has amazing potential If you want to just code and don't care about the bigger picture then the work can be ok-ish
Cons
It's not a "fast-paced environment" like the company loves to claim. It's chaotic and directionless. I’ve worked at lean startups in rapidly shifting markets, and none of them resembled what I’ve experienced at Distribusion. Here, I’ve watched engineers get their assignments reshuffled three times in a single week, seen quarterly roadmaps revised four times in one month and witnessed Product Managers unable to clarify the very tasks they’re responsible for. People regularly leave the company with zero handover, adding to the confusion. These are just a few signs of a much deeper dysfunction. The technical debt is severe. Even basic changes often take far too long to complete. While management frequently expresses frustration over long estimates, they still insist on cutting corners. It’s common to see the same feature implemented multiple times, each in a slightly different, messy way for a specific customer. Rather than cleaning things up, new layers just keep getting piled on top.
