      The system is not good. They don't give raise if you won't request.

      - Family Insurance not the best in the market but it works

      Cons

      - Changing the management, there is no stability. - No Clear Policies, Each New manager comes with new mindset. - A lot of suspicious terminations, without HR involvement or proper investigations. - 10 Hours Work Daily
