      Guests are always a pleasure!

      Cons

      Zero training, zero leadership from management, poor training, poor communications between management and employees, zero actual chain of command for employees to utilize easily. Zero inclusivity to gender neutral reforms, cliquey attitudes from management, no clear guidance whatsoever from anyone.

      I can honestly say there were no pros for me..

      Everything and I do me EVERYTHING you do has to be approved, Your hands are tied a lot. Management will approved you to do something and then go back later and say they never said that GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Very toxic work environment. Everything that's done is basically because of there decisions (Remember EVERYTHING needs to be approved) but if things are not going well they WILL blame you. Even though you went off of THEIR decisions. You can give feedback about why you may disagree with their decision and feel another method will work, but they won't listen. You can forward emails stating feedback FROM GUESTS and they will still not listen. I thought I could go in there and make a difference. Do not be like me.
