      Pros

      new company, plenty of growth opportunity, ok benefits, competitive wages

      Cons

      poorly managed, micromanaged in certain areas that don't need to be and macromanaged in areas that need attention, promises promises promises and all broken, growth opportunity is good because people keep leaving or getting fired, one manager/owner wants results with little care about money and the other manager/owner wants to save money, very very very few employee incentives, also I could have worked for this hotel for four years except that after the hostile take over two years ago, I'm a new employee starting over with everything (seniority, vacation time, everything)

      I can honestly say there were no pros for me..

      Everything and I do me EVERYTHING you do has to be approved, Your hands are tied a lot. Management will approved you to do something and then go back later and say they never said that GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Very toxic work environment. Everything that's done is basically because of there decisions (Remember EVERYTHING needs to be approved) but if things are not going well they WILL blame you. Even though you went off of THEIR decisions. You can give feedback about why you may disagree with their decision and feel another method will work, but they won't listen. You can forward emails stating feedback FROM GUESTS and they will still not listen. I thought I could go in there and make a difference. Do not be like me.
