      Pros

      The small project teams will give you exposure to high level client staff from day one. This is a good sellilng point for your CV as many bigger comapnies don't get this.

      Cons

      It's a smaller consultancy so you may be asked to be flexible on your locations at short notice, but that's the nature of the beast.

      Pros

      Small Teams that allow you to get a broad experience of many aspects of consulting. You can get Quick career progression if desired.

      Cons

      Consultancy is not for everyone as you may be asked to travel with little notice. You can opt out if you want but this may reduce your range of experience. Currently focusing on opportunities closer to home.
