Pros
You start with a week long training that is really well thought out and holds your hand through the process of how to become Distil-savvy. Everyone is soo welcoming and willing to help you get up and running quickly. You'll be surrounded by some SUPER smart people and it's very inspiring and we're constantly training to get even better at our craft. Coming from quite a few big companies, I was a little nervous to come to a start up but I assure you- there's something special going on here and any concerns/fears I had about going to a startup were quickly diminished when I saw not only what a game changer our technology is, but how hard everyone works. The other thing is that I do several things outside of work and they're very supportive of a good work/life balance which is helpful to not feel guilty about doing the things that bring me the most joy outside of work!
Cons
It took me a little bit longer to get used to the systems because I had never used a Mac outside of my iPhone, Gmail in a corp environment, Salesforce and some of the sales tools you get but now that I'm up and running on all of them- I love them! So I guess not really a con :)
