Great people to work with; fun, welcoming, friendly, collaborative/supportive team; CEO (who manages the team) runs the ship like a collaborative academic department (which I really appreciated) and is very open to communication and committed to keeping each individual member of the team happy; bonuses and lots of flexible time off (within reason); i.e., I was never denied a day off with pay, and took much more than 2 weeks PTO each of the 2.5 years I worked for the company; lots of autonomy and respect of your decision making and problem solving.
