Pros
Incomplete training and misinformation from day one. Employees are allowed to be insubordinate and disrespectful and even threatening. Management expects you to fill in for missing staff then condemn you for working on the floor. I worked midnight shift from shortage and worked 6 days a week to be bullied out by upper management right before we received Christmas bonus. Handicapped folks working there that are unpredictable and need professional care but manager has to over see them too while they wander about. Base salary not a liveable wage.
Cons
High medical rate, served 90 days with no advancement, most of the nurses are rude and take stress out on the employees.
