kitchen is 3 floors below dining area so crazy exhausting work especially when ur carrying massive trays of food but at least i can destroy the stairmaster now every time i go gym. if u ac do ur job well u get used to the max whilst other ppl slack off but ig that's everywhere in hospitality. also despite what they tell u there is little chance for progression from runner to host/server and management strings ppl along for over a year before promoting them.
