Don’t work here - Sales Associate Disguises Employee Review

The rest of the staff are nice to be around.

Was hired on as a retail worker. Very soon was drafted in as a mover and warehouse construction worker under the same wage I had started at and began working overly long hours getting called in for manual labor on days when the store was closed and the rest of the staff were not present. Found myself having to go hide in my car to deal with anxiety attacks from the stress regularly. Brought it up with the boss that I felt I deserved better pay for the work I was being given and was berated and told I was not as valuable of an employee and then expected to continue doing the moving/construction work. Owner is generally very short fused and disinterested in his line of work.

It is fun and goofy. It's good work for high schoolers.

Boss does not like costuming nor the community involved. Expect to work long shifts with no overtime. Zero room for growth - workers that have been there for 10+ years make the same hourly wage as freshly hired teens.
