      Pros

      Work life balance was amazing - Great pay for staff for good results - Trust in your work - No micro management - Great product/platform.

      Cons

      I found the product a tad expensive (But overall product is very good, so it works) Small team in London No office to meet colleagues - Training early on was tough as it was fully remote (But they gave time to learn and didnt put me under pressure)

      Pros

      The technology has been developed over the past decade for live qualitative research. Great for that. Any other video or qualitative tools are very lacking. Good base salary for salespeople. Good people for the most part.

      Cons

      You must stay in your lane. Marketing operates in a vacuum from Product Development, and both don't want to hear from Sales. Very political. Only one or two real researchers on staff, trying too hard to be a tech SaaS company.
