Pros
Discovery Point is a franchise so it will be different at each center. It is a laid back atmosphere at my center with the management always willing to help a teacher in any way possible. Also very understanding when you have to be out sick or with a sick child.
Cons
There are no benefits whatsoever, which is a major detractor for me. The pay for the daycare is also low to average compared to other centers in the area. Georgia Pre-K pays 95% though, so better than many centers.
