Highly understaffed, excess pressure on teachers, absolutely no appreciation for teachers and extremely low pay - Preschool Teacher Discovery Isle Employee Review

No appreciation.. too much work and definitely not enough pay. Not enough staff so teachers have to work in other classrooms too. Not mentioned in the job descriptions. Management needs to be more considerate and appreciative. Absolutely no hope for growth.
