- Upper management (CEO, COO, etc.) lacks the interpersonal skills and knowledge of how to work with others, so they end up burning bridges with a lot of the employees below them. - Main concerns of the higher up bosses are to make money - CLS's are overworked - Employees have the tendency of getting burnt out - High turnover for most positions at this company - Very disorganized company, so sometimes there will be a lot of inventory items stocked, while other times they will run out of items needed for that day - Company is growing far to fast and cannot keep up with this exponential rate of growth
