Nobody is held accountable for showing up, staff who need to be fired will only be "talked to", benefits take up 55% of your check, bosses are too nice and are walked all over and there is no "bad cop", there is absolutely no training, you are thrown on the floor and other staff are just expected to train you but if they are staff who are making poor decisions, then that makes two incompetent staff.
