Sweatshop (Stay away) - Web Designer Discovertec Employee Review

It's a sweatshop, plain and simple. Everyone is paid as little as possible, lowballing everyone who is desperate enough to work there. It's work harder, work faster to get the project done and more on to the next only for a pat on the back and a "Well done" while they stuff their pockets. DiscoverTec does good marketing... good marketing of the company and opportunities to the candidates and employees, but it is nothing more than a smoke screen. They try hard to ensure employees do not realize what they are worth. No much, if any, room to grow personally or professionally. As mentioned in the pros, it is a great place to pad your resume with experience, but not get any useful experience other than a life lesson of two-faced a company can be.
