Pros

....I really had to think here. I met some cool people and got free sheets.

Cons

Unsure where to begin here. The CEO/Founder is one of the most unprofessional people I've worked with. Her constant aggression, the way she speaks to people, her deadlines and expectations are truly unlike anything I've experienced. Whatever job description you sign up for will not be what you actually do. Don't let the interview process fool you. They will sell you a bill of goods and talk about how the CEO really wants to take a back seat and hire good people to do good work but it's false. Look at all these reviews..they aren't good for a reason. Trust that.

Pros

Freedom to embrace your inner entrepreneurial spirit, and bring good ideas to the top management that will be listened to and encouraged. The only limit at this company is the ones you put on yourself. Positive outcomes are rewarded and the team has a good balance of experience and spirit to help aid any initiatives brought to the table. If you want a chance to earn your keep and prove your worth, the CEO will always back you.

Cons

As a growing company, there are not as many systems that you may be used to at larger enterprises. Much of the work is do it yourself, which may not fit all personalities. You will need work to make your mark.

Pros

Pleasant people to work with overall. Remote was the biggest plus.

Cons

FAST turnaround. They are struggling to stay afloat as a startup and it seems like they are hiring very different types of people in hopes that someone will 'fix it'. Had a situation where they let go of recent hires and couldn't hire a new person who was PT and being onboarded. Very very unorganized, files, people, who is responsible for what/who. You will wear many hats and be asked to do things that are not part of your profession. HR is outsourced. Bad communication because of it, onboarding is all over the place. Too many meetings for things that are not relevant to you.
