Solid place - Workflow Assistant Manager Discount Tire Employee Review

I worked here for over a year and a half. At first it was kinda rocky. Covid just hit/ busy store with a lousy manager and it took a while to get things going. But they do hire from within and I was promoted to full time in about 9 months. They have an awesome culture and have a huge percent of the market, so work is almost always busy. The job can get demanding, and while I was there, needed to be paid more to support myself independently so I ended up moving on to do so. Always thought about going back tho which says a lot about their culture.
