      Pros

      Got promoted fast at this job, less than a year and promoted to a full time manager. Great people work here with lots of room for improvement and growth. Pay has been good as well.

      Cons

      Long hours of physical labor (my average schedule is 51:30 a week) High turn over rate Lack of holding up promises on promotions or projects working to assist the managers
