      Pros

      clean, organized environment. Constant in trying to keep team motivated. Great perks and benefits. Personal contact with Founder is real. Knowing he truly cares about people and family.

      Cons

      The growth has swallowed the voice of the worker. Mid management is selfish, greedy and only care about themselves.
