      - Very flexible scheduling - Competitive pay (~$11/hour) - Plenty of opportunity for advancement if desired - Interesting work - Summer and Christmas bonuses for all employees, including part-time

      Cons

      Lots of variability depending on management of each particular store. I have worked at several different stores, some of which were very laid back, and others which were extremely strict.
