Pros
-Good teammates( coworkers ). -Learn great leadership skills, marketing, and sales tactics. - Twice a year bonus - When you become a store manager after 20 years, you can make over 200k a year.
Cons
-Most managers only care about their store profit, they push you to do better in sales and become the best...but for what? The "store manager" role they all assume that's what you're goal is. - They claim "our people" is a priority but don't do anything for them. - Long hours and expect great attitude after 12hr shifts every day. - Make it seem like theyre paying you good but you only make your money in over time and "Assistant manager's" make $12.88 to start. Highest Assistant manager gets paid $16 an hour. - Don't help you in personal situations when they claim they're all about help. - "not in my sight, not my problem" type of attitude. - after huge sales and big money days all you get is a cooler of Gatorades and a high five from AVP's that don't even know your name. Greety management.
