Pros
Good money (depending on who you are…), benefits are legitimately great, and many ICs are the best people you’ll ever work with.
Cons
Zero plan, absolutely horrendous management, and flagrantly parasitic and abusive behavior. Work-life balance is awful. This company is masterful at gaslighting. Despite their claims about inclusivity and diversity, do not come here expecting to be treated fairly or humanely. Morale has been on the floor for years and is circling the drain faster and faster over time.
