      Pros

      Joined Discord late 2022 and I'm very happy with my decision. The team is top-notch with skilled, driven folks who love what they do. Discord empowers engineers to make changes across team boundaries. People are very helpful and assist people in coming up to speed. Founder are very passionate about the product, and we use it everyday as our only communication tool.

      people are kind and empathetic. generally people dont take themselves too seriously here. the product is cool especially if youre into gaming.
