inconsistency from leadership, lack of direction, expect to spend many months on a project only for it to be shelved at the whim of product leaders, or expect to be overloaded with tasks and pulled in many different directions at the behest of management, only to be blamed that when your squad/larger org doesn't meet "milestones" that were never truly defined. most immature leadership I have ever encountered, much work is done to placate the egos of the CEO and CTO, without any benefit to the strategic direction of the company. my experience here has removed the joy of product development.
