      - The company bends over backwards to make people feel welcome and happy - Tons of benefits - More transparency than I've experienced at any other company

      Cons

      - A little too much effort spent entertaining bad ideas and bad feedback for the sake of making people feel good. - With so many employees being fans/users of the app, there can be an unhealthy aversion to change.
