Horrible Politics and poor EQ managers - Anonymous employee Discord Employee Review

Recently the company has been hiring many middle to senior level managers who bring great experience from other strong companies (which is totally great as we grow). As these managers hire new team members, it is painfully obvious that the new team members are favored. Original employees are often blamed for problems that exist due to “lack of expertise or experience”, while new team members are praised for “single-handedly fixing things”. Not sure if people don’t realize that it is not that simple. Know this is typically part of growing pains but seems particularly bad here right now. TLDR: great to have new expertise at the company. But remember who got you to this point (they aren’t idiots).
