Pros
Discord has always been a company that values its workers and the culture it creates. The company is focused on creating a product that brings people together and we have the ability to constantly think of new ways we can grow and become more inclusive in the work we do. I've had the opportunity to really work on exciting projects over the past few years and it's been a fun journey. I really feel that i've had the chance to take on new learnings opportunities and projects.
Cons
The company is still learning how to support senior level growth and we are still experiencing the growing pains of going from small company to a big company. Management has changed multiple times over a short period time which causes transitional and leadership problems.
