Pros

A few dedicated employees who genuinely cared about patients and tried to hold everything together who are now no longer with the company due to toxicity.

Cons

This was a toxic, chaotic, and poorly managed workplace. The company is plagued by disorganization, lack of structure, and leadership that is not equipped to manage people or processes. Training was inconsistent, expectations changed daily, and there was no clear direction. Leadership was unqualified, unprofessional, and consistently created more problems than they solved. Workloads were unreasonable, expectations were unclear, and there was zero real support. The environment was stressful every single day, and turnover was extremely high for a reason. The Savings Program Manager promoted in January (CP) was extremely unqualified for the role, which only added to the confusion, lack of support, and overall dysfunction. Instead of providing guidance, this promotion created even more instability and frustration for the team. If you value your mental health, stability, or career growth, look elsewhere. HR also showed clear favoritism, which contributed to an environment where issues were ignored, certain employees were protected regardless of performance, and others were left without support. This lack of fairness made it even harder to trust leadership or feel valued. Workloads were excessive, morale was low, and turnover was constant. There was no sense of stability, support, or professional growth. This environment is not sustainable for anyone who values clarity, respect, or a healthy workplace.
