      Discflo builds an innovative product that is revolutionizing the Pump market. The teamwork is great, and the camaraderie is terrific. Everyone works together toward a common goal.

      Employees are great to work with, relaxed atmosphere, not micro-managed which helped with pressures of the job.

      Cons

      Small company so workload was unreasonable, no formal processes in place at the time. Behind in technology.
