Good team culture if you end up with a good team. Luck of the draw.
Cons
Management isn't super happy with teams that work well together because they call out misconduct. Restrictive practices used. Dodgy dealings with NDIS funds witnessed and raised with upper management, was repeatedly dismissed. Reports of alleged violent retaliation against clients at high security sites. Overtime wiped from timesheets even though staff are required to stay until another staff member arrives (sometimes after sleepover shift, so 12+ hours).
