      Flexibility, pays decent, location, easy work.

      Cons

      This is the perfect place to work if you don't mind Nepotism. The whole family works there and if your not family, you don't have a chance. There's absolutely NO communication and your setup to fail unless you kiss the right rear end.

      They don't micromanage you! Very nice people all wanted to help

      Cons

      Not much room for growth unless you want to be an insurance agent. Not for me but I'm sure they make great money and bonuses

      if owner is building a multi million dollar beach house in FL, watch out, will unexpectedly cut people, so not to have to make any sacrifices for himself,
