      Pros

      The pay is great for what you have to do. It really depends on what kids you have I’m sure, but it is a pretty low key job where you can build good connections and skills working with students with disabilities.

      Cons

      The training for starting up/ moving to a new location could definitely use some help. You are kinda thrown out there with occasional checks in.

      - The company and its members care deeply about their mission and those they serve. - Great work and personal life balance - Always evolving and growing - Healthy work environment - Good benefits - The list goes on and on

      Cons

      Honestly, after being at this company for almost 10 years and most of the 10 years being full time. I can say that at this point we’ve grown so much I can’t say one bad thing about this company.

      Diverse staff, experienced bosses, no experience required to apply, great pay, laid back environment, rarely fire people.

      Cons

      If you complain about a fellow coworker, they hesitate to take you seriously and often expect you to solve the problem yourself.
