      1:1 Grooming High quality products Each table has their own drier! Amazing coworkers Very inclusive Vacation and sick pay Medical, Dental, Vison, Chiropractic and Acupuncture Work 4-10s 3 days off! Great employee discounts Competitive pay card tips-love Very busy Hour lunches Don’t have to schedule your own appointments or answer phones!! Sign on bonus! Owners really do care about their employees

      Nothing negative to say honestly. Maybe more space for storage since we are a very productive salon.

      Pros

      Working with dogs is great, coworkers were amazing, fairly inclusive workplace. Humanity before vanity grooming practices.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, owners/upper management don't believe or trust their employees. Broken/dirty equipment. Low pay for standard of living in SoCal.

      I'm sorry that you didn't think there was enough communication from upper management while you worked at Dirty Dogs. We hold monthly management meetings (often including assistant managers) and we send regular emails to our manager email group. We also have a What's app thread where we send regular communication. Our managers carry responsibility of ensuring many of these communications get disseminated across the teams. We will continue to work on more ways to communicate so everyone feels valued.
