Pros
Strong product vision rooted in education.
Cons
The apparent disregard for employee well-being and the unhealthy work environment left me deeply disappointed. One of the most glaring issues was the communication style of the CEOs. They consistently talked over their employees, diminishing their opinions and insights. The constant interruptions and lack of regard for employee input created a toxic atmosphere where open collaboration was virtually non-existent. Furthermore, the CEOs frequently resorted to talking down to their employees. Instead of fostering a sense of mutual respect and support, there seemed to be a culture of condescension and belittlement. This not only undermined the morale of the team but also hindered creativity and participation. As a wellness brand, I expected them to prioritise the well-being of its employees. However, the reality was far from this expectation. The work environment resembled a hamster wheel, with employees constantly racing against time and struggling to keep up. The company's failure to promote a healthy work-life balance and address burnout issues resulted in an overwhelmed and exhausted workforce.
