The programs, when ran correctly with staff and leadership, have proven some amazing client outcomes! We have gotten clients housed, families reunited, benefits awarded and so much more. The pro was the assistance we were able to provide the people of Pinellas County.
Cons
The executive leadership level - vice presidents and up have allowed the facilitation of a culture that is horrendous to work under. The way they are allowed to communicate to their other members of leadership and staff is entirely inappropriate. “We have listened and raise the salaries..” - while they have done that it’s not worth the uneasy environment of needing to available 24/7 for the role, unsure of how you would be treated on any given day. They reported that because recent leadership have left they are going to find “people better to do the job” however you would not find a better group of leadership. No one left those roles cause they were scared of the hard work, the narrative they try to spin. Used to be such a better place. Don’t let the picture they sell you for employment over play the honest reviews on here.
