Some of the foremen are good people. 4x10s are nice compared 5x8s
Cons
Supervisors and above are all rulers, lack serious leadership skills. They threaten workers’ jobs daily. Safety meetings are joke that are just a matter of CYA for the company. They tell you it’s about family and fairness and hard work when you work there but will find any excuse to suspend you once they get their screws in you. Zero empathy from grown men that sit behind a desk or in their trucks while the crews in 100+ degree heat. Anytime you address an issue, they just tell you to work somewhere else. Horrible atmosphere, zero clarity. One sup tells you one thing, the other blows their top because you didn’t do their way. Annual pay raise is less than .25 cents. Bottom line: Do Not Work Here. They’re running out of money so we’re all going to get laid off anyway.
