Leadership cares about their employees, seeks feedback to ensure their employees voices are heard. Work home life balance is a priority. Direct supervisory support is beyond anything I’ve received in prior companies. Each day I leave feeling accomplished, supported, valued, and heard.

Very forward leaning on technology. Team members are very supportive. Leadership is informative. Very happy with getting the CMMI and CMMC audits done because it looks great for the company. Recent positive PTO rollover change,

They don't explain the timekeeping requirements very well as far as working more than 8 hours per day.
