Pros
The people who work here are some of the best I've met. They are great at what they do. But even better humans. I love the team-approved, unlimited PTO benefit. There are other simple perks (food, events, etc.) that make for a great culture. But really it's the daily interactions I have with others that make this one of the best places to work.
Cons
Growing so fast that you may have to jump in and get your hands dirty right away without a lot of support or training. But most people take ownership of their role and do this without much problem.
